PROMASEAL Mortar is a specially formulated, lightweight, hydraulic cement composition supplied as a premixed dry powder. It can be troweled into position for sealing of openings required for the passage of services such as electrical cables/pipes, busways and busbars, telecommunication cables. It can also be used to seal openings after services have been removed or where no services are present.

PROMASEAL Mortar is grey colour and is packaged in convenient 20kg bags. It can be mixed with varying quantities of clean water for different consistencies.

PROMASEAL Electrical Junction Seal is a system that will prevent this spread of fire for up to 120 minutes where steel trunking passes through compartment floors and walls of the same or greater fire resistance.

PROMASEAL Electrical Junction Seals are suitable for use in any building which has steel trunking which penetrates fire rated compartment walls or floors. When exposed to the heat of a fire, the intumescent will expand, to form a solid plug inside the trunking around the electrical cables, thus preventing the spread of fire through the trunking.

PROMASTOP Cement is a lightweight fire resistant cement supplied as a dry powder for on site preparation. It is mixed on site with clean water. This fine grade cement powder is white colour for ease of identification and has a quick setting time. It can also provide some degree of load bearing capability depending on the thickness of cement layer apply.

PROMASOP Cement is white in colour and is package in convenient 20kg bags.

PROMASEAL Bulkhead Sealer System is made from high density rock fibre panels coated with PROMASEAL Bulkhead Sealer. The system act as a fire barrier to seal off openings in walls or floors thus preventing the passage of fire. It is simplest of all fire stopping products to use, and also one of, if not the most economical product to use. It can be supplied in a 5kg container or as precoated batts measuring 1200mm x 600mm.

PROMASEAL AN, Acrylic sealant is a gunable sealant designed for the sealing of joints and services penetrations against the spread of fire, smoke and hot gases for up to 240 minutes fire resistance when tested to AS1530: Part 4, AS4072: Part 1 and BS476: Part 20. In addition, PROMASEAL AN Acrylic sealant may be used as acoustic sealant due to its density and flexibility.

PROMASTOP Unicollar is one of a new generation of fire collars designed to protect uPVC, HDPE, PP adn other plastic pipes which pass through fire rated elements of building construction. The product has been tested and approved to the relevant criteria of most international standards which include AS1530: Part 4, BS476: Part 20 and has UL Certification for FRL up to 240 minutes. Test in accordance with EN standards are available upon request.

PROMATECT - H, is a non combustible matrix engineered mineral board reinforced with selected fibres and fillers. It is formulated without inorganic fibres and does not contain formaldehyde, the colour is off white and has a smooth finish on one face with a sanded reverse face, also can be left undecorated or easily finished with paints, wallpapers or tiles.

PROMATECT - H, is resistant to the effects of moisture and will not physically deteriorate when used in damp or humid conditions. Performance characteristics are not degraded by age or moisture.
