CAFCO Mandolite 550 is a spray applied, single package factory controlled premix, based on vermiculite and portland cement. It may be used anywhere above the splash zone on offshore installations, and even in the splash zone with suitable protection. It is easy to install and maintain in a wide range of climates.

CAFCO Mandolite 550 is used for application to offshore steel or concrete structures, storage vessels and supports. It is also used on pre-assembled units prior to transportation to site as well as to structures fire proofed after site erection. Integrated Fire Protective Coating System, CAFCO Fendolite MII is a spray applied, single package factory controlled premix, based on vermiculite and portland cement. It produces a monolithic coating able to withstand the thermal shocks experienced in a high intensity hydrocarbon fire. Concrete structures in particular, will be protected from explosive saplling when coated with CAFCO Fendolite MII.

CAFCO Fendolite MII is used for application on construction elements such as individual steel or concrete sections particularly where off site application is required. It is also suitable for use on structures and vessels in the oil, gas, petrochemical and power industries.

Water Based Intumescent Coating, Cafco SPRAYFILM WB3 is a water based intumescent coating consisting of polyvinyl acetate resins and fillers for the fire protection of structural steel. It can be sealed and protected with a decorative
top coat. Cafco SPRAYFILM WB3 is applied directly to the contour of primed I and H-section columns, angles, channels and beams, and hollow sections, to provide fire protection for up to 120 minutes. In a fire, a chemical reaction takes place, causing the Cafco SPRAYFILM WB3 to expand and form an
insulating layer which prevents the temperature of the steel rising above a critical level.

Cafco MANDOLITE CP2 is a spray applied, single package factory controlled premix, based on vermiculite and Portland cement, for internal use. Cafco MANDOLITE CP2 produces a monolithic coating able to withstand the thermal shocks experienced in a high intensity cellulosic fire. Concrete structures in particular, will be protected from explosive spalling when coated with Cafco MANDOLITE CP2. Although low in density, thus significantly reducing dead load, Cafco MANDOLITE CP2 is highly durable and will not crack or spall under mechanical impact.

Cafco MANDOLITE CP2 may be applied within environments where limited exposure to the elements is likely throughout the building phase of the project, e.g. perimeter beams. Cafco MANDOLITE CP2 is used for application to steel and concrete frames, metal floor or roof decks, and return air plenums. It may be easily removed and reinstated locally when additional fixings are required. Integrated Fire Protective Coating System, Cafco FENDOLITE TG is a trowel applied, factory controlled premix based on vermiculite and Portland cement. It is used with potable water added on site. Cafco FENDOLITE TG will not fail suddenly after the prescribed fire resistance period but will continue to offer a predictable level of fire protection for the duration of the fire. Cafco FENDOLITE TG is ideal for application by trowel in interior and fully exposed environments

Vermiculite Gypsum Based Wet Mix Spray, CAFCO 300 is a spray or trowel applied, single package factory controlled premix, based on
vermiculite and gypsum, for internal use. CAFCO 300 is a lightweight coating that provides very efficient fire resistance with minimal thickness
to steel and concrete frames, metal floor and roof decks, and to return air plenums. Structures protected with CAFCO® 300 can provide fire resistance for up to 240 minutes. Building types that will benefit from the use of CAFCO® 300 include a wide range of educational, leisure and entertainment centres, and commercial projects.

PROMASEAL Mortar is a specially formulated, lightweight, hydraulic cement composition supplied as a premixed dry powder. It can be troweled into position for sealing of openings required for the passage of services such as electrical cables/pipes, busways and busbars, telecommunication cables. It can also be used to seal openings after services have been removed or where no services are present.

PROMASEAL Mortar is grey colour and is packaged in convenient 20kg bags. It can be mixed with varying quantities of clean water for different consistencies.
